How good is the Quick Weight Loss. Is this what you need?

Specialists promise quick weight loss by making diets all the time. The ads say "Lose 5 pounds in a day".
But everybody knows that the quick weight loss is not healthy or is a short term fix.

In most of the cases the quick weight loss is due to losing water. Your start loosing water out of your body and and you become happy with the result - you think that you have put off easily 2 to 7 pounds. Unfortunatelly the quick weight loss is short lived. When you drink water or any fluids your body will hold the water and you luse your happiness here - quick weight loss disappears.

The success (for short again) of quick weight loss in a low carb diet is also achieved bylosing water. People become happy when they see the result but this excitement is not for long. When the carbs are included again in the menu they put on the weight.

Instead of following all the quick weight loss ads, why don't your try some really good and natural weight loss tips to use when you eat out to achieve the desired long term success. You won't see a quick result by following these tips but you will see great long term changes in your body and the loss of weight.

  1. If you like dessert or anything sweet after eating you better split it with a friend.
  2. The first meal in your menu should be soup and salad. After you get some healthy foods at the start, you may eat less of the high calorie meals.
  3. Leave hakf of your meal on the table or put it away in a box. You cut calories and you have additional meal for later.
  4. Use low-fat dressing for your salad. And take care about the portion size. A high calorie dressing can bring additionally 200-400 calories in your adervise healthy salad.
  5. When you go to fast food places always order the small size. Big size of French fry for example is 29g grams of fat and more than 500 calories?
These simple rules will not result in quick weight loss but if you are using these weight loss tips regularly you will start seeing the long term success that you need so much. You should think long term and don't listen the ads that say "very quick weight loss with this diet".
Have less stress, move your body more and keep it in good shape, eat only healthy foods and you will enjpy life at the most and you will always be in good mood. Smile! :-)
